London singer songwriter Alanna McArdle under her Ides alias has released a brand new track in the form of ‘Prisms’ through the Art Is Hard Postcard Club.
It follows the release of her debut EP Songs About Love / Hate earlier this year – an EP which saw its release through the Reeks of Effort collective and a sell out of 100 limited cassette tapes.
‘Prisms’, produced by McArdle alongside longtime friend and producer Jay Malhotra, finds her fragile vocal breaking through a slowly rousing, Callahan-like guitar line as the two entwine towards a truly beautiful romantic resolve.
