Deerhunter’s latest video ‘Back To The Middle’, taken from their new album Monomania was shot in London in beautiful grainy monochrome and directed by Olivier Groulx. Durassie Kiangangu stars, lip syncing along to the whole track styled as a (female) diva. He looks smashing in sequins and could about pass for a super toned lady (other than the Adam’s apple). He also shimmies with far most skill than I can muster.
Monomania was released on May 7 via 4AD.
